She is so sweet, easy to talk to, and takes the time to explain everything, which made me feel completely confident and relaxed. What I appreciate most is how knowledgeable she is. You can tell she really understands facial anatomy and wants you to get the best, most natural results. She listens to what you want and never makes you feel pressured. She also offers medical Botox at a more affordable price, which is incredible because you are still getting high-quality treatment from someone you can trust. I didn't know what to expect when going in to get my first Botox ever and had a lot of questions. I was quickly put at ease by Susie and she explained the options to best achieve my desired outcomes. She was patient and honest and maintained that the results should be natural and not overdone, which is exactly what my end result has been! The office (under construction since I have started my care but has not impacted anything with my appointments), is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I am very happy with my results and look forward to doing more for myself in the future!
